CONCERT | TiãoDuá : 19 SEPT. @Bedroom_Bar

Tiãoduá is a Brazilian music trio formed by three young prominent musicians from the music scene of Minas Gerais. Inspired by versatility and richness of Brazilian popular music, the repertoire gathers original compositions and personal arrangements to classic songs from brazilian 60s and 70s, presenting an exciting and dancing concert with much strength and swing.

Muévete continues it's always jumping, always rammed tropical themed vibes Saturday night at the Arts Club. This month hosted by close cohort of the Movimientos family Alx Alfaro top Latin DJ, producer and musician from the North East - who runs Newcastle's most successful international Latin night, Musica Mundo. Plus special guest on the night welcoming up and coming London-based global dance producer Subculture Sounds.

Hailed as the 'Jimi Hendrix of the acoustic guitar', award-winning Antonio Forcione is considered one of the most charismatic and inventive performers to come out of Europe in recent years. He breaks the mould of conventional, popular guitar sounds in the fields of Jazz, Spanish, African, Brazilian and improvised music and has received critical acclaim worldwide. Joining his presentation will be Adriano Adewale one of the most recognized brazilian musicians based in London.

"Velada musical venezolana," a gala evening of music will feature a performance by noted Venezuelan Harpist Leonard Jacome and clarinetist Cheche Requena, accompanied by Chebeto Requena ( cuatro and voice ) they will show several styles of Venezuelan music such as: Joropos, danza, merengues and how the fusion is coming thought the new element of jazz and urban sounds.

Domingo is one of the best kept secrets in Cuban songwriting, now based in London, Domingo has composed songs for many high profile Cuban artists including Yusa, who he regularly performed with during her early years, Carlos Manuel and Interactivo, who recorded his song Chiqui Chaca on their latest release 'Cubanos por el Mundo' (Cubans around the World) artists such as Roldan (Orishas) and Mayra Caridad Valdes (Chucho Valdes) have praised his songwriting skills.
