The trio Classico Latino was formed in 1999 by two
rising stars of the British classical music scene, cellist Graham Walker
and violinist Lizzie Ball, and Colombian pianist Iván Guevara. They
joined forces to develop their unique interpretations
of Latin American rhythms using classical techniques. These
groundbreaking arrangements, along with compositions of their own, are
performed with virtuosity and versatility, creating music with an
extraordinary appeal to people from all cultural backgrounds.
