Iconic South-American singer-songwriter Gilberto Gil is joined by the London Symphony Orchestra and conductor Francois-Xavier Roth for an evening featuring new arrangements by Jaques Morelenbaum of his own songs, alongside music originating from and influenced by his beloved Brazil.

They will perform their latest compositions, which combine contemporary Brazilian Music with some traditional influences with their unique twist, along with special guests.

Hailed as the 'Jimi Hendrix of the acoustic guitar', award-winning Antonio Forcione is considered one of the most charismatic and inventive performers to come out of Europe in recent years. He breaks the mould of conventional, popular guitar sounds in the fields of Jazz, Spanish, African, Brazilian and improvised music and has received critical acclaim worldwide. Joining his presentation will be Adriano Adewale one of the most recognized brazilian musicians based in London.

Singing professionally since 1997, her search for wider artistic horizons have taken her from Brazil to Lisbon where she became the resident vocalist at the Casino do Estoril.
