 - THIAGO VASQUEZ-GUITAR:
Born to a family of artists, Thiago Vazquez had a natural talent for the art and worked professionally from the young age of 13. He began to study music formally from the age of 15 and later went on to study music at the Brazilian Conservative of erudite music. Thiago decided to return to Spain definitively where he has worked with some of the greatest flamenco names in tablaos, flamenco peñas and theatres as well as taking his art to other parts of the world, namely Japan, France, Belgium, USA and England. Thiago has a very traditional gypsy style which has earned him the respect of many great artists with whom he has worked, such as Talegon de Cordoba, Curro Valdepeñas, Miguel Cañas, Jose Amaya, Candela Soto, Carmela Greco, La Tati and many others...

-LINA LEÓN-CANTE:
Post-Graduate with distinctions by Amsterdam Conservatory, Bachelor of Music by Amsterdam Conservatory, Bachelor of Music by Superior Conservatory of Seville... Lina León has accomplished every single goal a musician could think of in the course of her life and it’s the influence of her father, flamenco guitarist, that introduced her as a child into the fascinating world of flamenco.

-GLADIS LEE-BAILE:

At the age of eighteen, Gladis Lee went to live in Madrid where she took classes and participated in workshops with some of the greatest flamenco names at the prestigious flamenco academy, Amor de Dios. A year later she was hired to work at the well- known flamenco tablao “Café de Chinitas” followed by the famous “Los Tarantos” in the flamenco caves of Sacromonte (Granada), she continues her professional development by participating in workshops with some of the greatest dancers and choreographers of our times.

-MARIA KECK-BAILE:
While accomplishing her Degree in modern choreography in the Hungarian Dance Academy, Maria Keck, begins investigating various dance styles and working on her own theater-dance pieces as a choreographer and/or dancer and in other theater pieces as a dancer and singer. She is the creator and director of “Nuestro aire” company since 2007, in which she participates as choreographer,dancer, singer and music composer.She currently lives in Madrid, works as a dancer in different flamenco tablaos like el Local, Barco, Artebar, Cortijo, Cuidad Flamenca, Yemaya, Kohelet, Pueblo Inglés in Casa Patas and in El Cortijo (Stuttgart, Germany). She has also set up a new hungarian flamenco fusion project, “De Cobre”.


Don't forget the show will be followed by our JAM SESSION, so musicians bring your instruments and dancers your shoes.


Remember we are on FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH.
MIND ONLY FOR THIS TIME, OUR OCTOBER SHOW WILL BE HELD ON THE THIRD SUNDAY,16th. We'll take up our November show on Sunday the 6th.
