Raimondi’s solid jazz background is evidenced by her collaborations with Enrico Pieranunzi, Furio Di Castri and Jonathan Gee. Taufic successfully straddles both the jazz and bossa nova scenes with artists including Rosàlia de Souza and the great Brazilian guitarist/composer Guinga. Zirilli’s striking versatility has led to performances with Antonio Forcione, Peter Washington, Ira Coleman, Sarah Gillespie and Dado Moroni.
“a delightful project where the beautiful voice of Barbara Raimondi is tastefully accompanied by the sensitive touch of Roberto Taufic on guitar and the skilful rhythms of Enzo Zirilli on drums. A gig I highly recommend” – Antonio Forcione
In support Georgia Mancio performs with legendary tenor saxophonist Bobby Wellins and rising star pianist Barry Green (Charles McPherson, Peter King, Christine Tobin). Wellins, best known for Stan Tracey’s celebrated recording Under Milk Wood, has had a long and very distinguished career and remains unquestionably one of the world’s major jazz stars.
