Osvaldo Torres is a folk musician and poet from Chile . It is also a scholar of culture Aymara and Illapu founder of the band. He will be joined on stage by some of the most important andean musicians based in London. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn more about this great music in London on 26th August.

From 1972 until 1977 was part of the folk group Illapu , with whom he presented his first musical work entitled "Encounter with the roots." Furthermore, in 1976 wrote "Baguala India", a song that was played by Eric Maluenda within set and "Chung", a song composed with Robert Marquez .

In 1977 he released his first album titled "Game Birds", with Claudio "Bird" Araya, produced by Seal Larch. Through a joint sponsorship Swiss -Chilean, the disc could be presented in England , Switzerland, Holland and Norway .
