Since then, live presentations have appeared naturally, gradually, until she realized that music had taken much of her heart. As years went on, Marina started a BA in Advertising and sooner after she was invited onto an entertainment program shown on local TV in Uberaba.

At that time she was very much involved by her work on TV. After graduating in Advertising she also ended up finishing a degree in Journalism to learn more about the profession. Lastly on this field she designed and presented an entertainment show which used to be broadcasted Monday to Friday on BAND Minas, a prestigious TV Channel.

In the midst of so much study and work, music was always present: "I always wanted to sing, but things don’t always take the direction we want. I see life as a learning process and maturation. I have no rush. Let it be if it is meant to be ... "

More than a decade later from the beginning of this story, what we see on stage today is a more mature and intense performer, always with traces of a sweet-strong girl who sings pouring feelings and capturing people’s attention everywhere she passes. In November 2011, Marina won first prize in the biggest university music festival of the Tri├óngulo Mineiro – the Uniube Fest. She also took the awards for best lyrics and arrangement with the song called ‘Afim do Samba’, composed by her sister Fernanda Rabelo.

Whilst waiting for new challenges, the lively Marina sings her music looking for happiness, new tracks and opportunities, wherever they are.
