Multi-award winner singer-songwriter George Peguero started singing at
the age of 4 and turned professional at the age of 10, appearing on
Cuban National TV. During his childhood, George toured Cuba and sang
alongside Cuban legends. In Havana he established his reputation playing
in La Bodeguita del Medio and Floridita, with Carlos Manuel and later
Charanga Latina Salsa Band, for whom he recorded an album in 1997.

Years later George moved to London releasing his first solo album 'A
Cuba'. In 2002 George was declared the Best New Artist by the Cuban
Radio CMKC, and was the most interviewed artist of the year on National
TV and live Radio Shows across the country. In the same year he reached
number 1 on Ottawa's Radio CHUO FM, Canada. He launched his new salsa
album 'Bohemio' (15th of October 2006) with a live concert at Scala,
London. Since then he has had resident spots at various festivals,
theatres and casinos across Europe, Asia and North Africa (England,
Portugal, Italy, Norway, South France, Sweden, Germany, Belgium,
Holland, Croatia and Morocco) working with international artists such as
Motown Records legend Wilson Pickett, Spanish legend Isabel Pantoja,
original English Pop Idol Will Young, Sway (UK rapper) and he has
